The Research Assessment Exercise meeting was held here, for Panel 29


When Cambridge University was assessed, myself and Richard Friend had to leave the room, so we went to the Fellows' Room




When the meeting ended, 1600, I went to the Royal Society. This is the Fellows' Study


Stayed there until 1800, and then went to the Institute of Materials to give the Liddiard Memorial Lecture


Charles May and Eric Grimwade, both taught Harry metallurgy at the City of London Polytechnic, 1973. They attended the lecture.




Finally reached home (Comberton) 2230.
