Dr P. P. G. L. (Lionel) Siriwardene visits the Department. Lionel was a Ph.D. research student in our Department in 1952, working with Jack Nutting.

Tomoyuki Yokota, Lionel and Harry. The connection with Harry is that Lionel did some work on bainite in 1953, which is referred to in the book 'Bainite in Steels'.
