Kazutoshi Ichikawa wins major award

Professor Kazutoshi Ichikawa of Tohoku University and PT Group Member with the "Director General of Japanese Patent Office Award" for his work on the highly-ductile steel plates used in the manufacture of ship hull structures. He has now moved from Nippon Steel to Tohoku University.
