Visit to Kyushu

After leaving Sendai I headed to Fukuoka, the main city of Kyushu island and home to Kyushu University. I spent a day at the university with Toshi, Professor Setsuo Takaki and the members of the Takaki lab, heard about their research and gave a presentation on mine.

The following day Toshi and his family took me sightseeing in and around Fukuoka.
