This library contains a number of files necessary to set up a weld toughness neural network model, as described in [1].

Description
The library contains four distinct data files :-
- Weld.toughness.weights contains the weights that are needed to
reproduce the results in [1].
- Weld.toughness.hessian contains the data that are needed to
reproduce the error bars in [1].
- Weld.toughness.luhessian contains the data that are needed to
reproduce the error bars in [1].
- Weld.toughness.MINMAX contains the maximum and minimum values of
the input and output parameters, needed to reproduce the results in
[1].
