Amir Shirzadi inaugurated in the 100 Talents Programme
The Hundred Talents Programme was inaugurated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1994 with the goal to attract excellent young researchers from both China and abroad to contribute to the development of science and technology in China. It initially planned to support a hundred researchers by the end of the 1990s, which was the reason why it was named the "Hundred Talents Programme". Success led to its extension.
Now Amir Shirzadi (PT Group Member) has been inaugurated into the programme. He is therefore building up a research team at the Wuhan University of Science and Technology, working with Professor Wu Kaiming.
