Darwin Bridge

H. K. D. H. Bhadeshia

The floods in early 2002 revealed structural damage to the bridge supports. The building of the new bridge began around July/August 2003, courtesy of a generous, anonymous donation. The pictures below illustrate the scene up to the end of August.
